Deposit Policies

PUPPY DEPOSIT

You may opt to place a deposit on a pup from an expected or future litter, (waitlist) or you may have a puppy already selected.  Your deposit is your good faith commitment to purchase a puppy and is not refundable due to buyer remorse…

• To reserve a selected TENDERHEART puppy for you a non-refundable deposit is required with the amount negotiated at the time of your application approval. Once your deposit is received, you can relax knowing that your puppy is yours alone! We will not offer your pup to anyone else and all attempts to find a suitable home for this puppy cease. This puppy is effectively under contract with you, and the deposit is applied toward the total price of your puppy.  
• Waitlist or expected puppy deposits may be transferred to a future litter if you pass to wait for a certain look, size or sex, for a period of up to two years. Your deposit will apply toward the total price of your selected puppy once chosen, puppy pricing varies by puppy as discussed at time of application approval.
